San Andreas is for PS2, not PS1.

And since you said your PC is old and crappy, you probably couldn't even if it was for PSX.

San Andreas is on PS2, to run the PS2 emuator at full speed for the game you would need a duel core processor, eg.3800+, to run the game on pc u need much less at 1600+, if u do have the processor to emulate it you still won't be able to play it as u also need a gfx card, which also needs to be less for the PC version. so what ever is stoping u from playing the PC version is also stoping u from emulating it.

I think hushypushy's reply is enough, since there is no connection between the game and the emu. For PS2, indeed you need something more than just old and crappy rig. And that wouldn't guarrante the game will work as well.

It seems you don't really understand the basics of emulation, no shame, everyone was new to it one day

To emulate a system you need powerful hardware. In case of San Andreas, you will need an even more powerful system to emulate the PS2 version, than you would need to play the pc version.

Your best bet would be either to upgrade your pc so it can run the pc version, or to get a ps2.
