Excuse me but some of your links are completely useless for two reasons:

-They are already on the ngemu site

-Some of the emulators are completely outdated (like connectix VGS for example) and their site no longer exist.

I guess you wanted to help but check your sources before please.

Sorry but this won't work...
For starters you posted links for sites that have been dead for ages and they contain nothing but spam which is
not related to emulators whatsoever, the other thing is some of those emulators are reaaaaaally old (somwhere around year 1999)
and they are only in alpha versions with no commercial games working, no one will use those, linking them just seems pointless.

The other thing that i don't like is that VGS to "some emulator" converter... there is something strange about that...

And the last thing as JKKDARK informed you is the signature size, max resolution of images is 500x130 pixels
with max size of 25 kb (you can use userbars but combined size must not be greater than 25 kb).

I only posted it an hour ago, and ive only been registered for a couple of hours, i cant be on 24/7 and change things stright away you know, anyway thanks for reminding me, i was seeing how much i could fit in w/o being over the 600 character limit, im off to change it now

and in the topic's name, i did say they were old emulators, and im not responcible if the makers of the emulators decided wherever to update their site or not

Yeah but why would anyone want to download these old, out of date emulators?

This entire post just seems like an ad. You may have good intentions, but the result was not so good.
