Sorry, but no. And I think that you will never see a PSX emulator for DS. The PSP will emulate the PSX

DS doesn't have a disk drive, so emulation is going to be difficult.

And, if you put the iso on your flash card (assuming it fitted), it's probably going to be a pirate copy.
