Can you give me some software complete installation for ePSXe?

I'm Bored, because i always can't install or play ePSXe in my computer.Can you tell me some of any process like:

1. How can i Setting RUn CDrom??

2. How can i Setting Bios??

Can you tell, how to Config the video??

4.Can you give me some complete way to installing/ run the ePSXe???
