Extraction

hi there, recently new.

I play Lunar 2 Eternal Blue Complete on my PSX and PC (I own the game and have proof of it) but anyways I was wondering if it was possible to take lets say for instance the game uses "Sprites" and I would like to "extract" them from a ISO is this possible? I have looked at the web but could never find an exact answer. If it is possible I would like to learn or perhaps find a tutorial on this.

Extra: It also has sounds that I would like to take (quotes etc) dunno if it is possible.
