in-game event fmv extraction?

does anyone know how to extract the in-game event fmv's in any if not all PSX games, without playing through the whole game and recording them

You want to rip the FMVs right?, you can use program called PSmplay.

peops software GPU has a recorder too, i havent heard much good news about that though.
