FF8 emulator compatibility

I want to play final fantasy 8 but practicly no emulator is good enough to actually run it.
My comp features are:

Intel pentium 3 processor with450Mhz
192 RAM
Neo Magic 256 video card

You won't get good results with that PC...
Your card is some weak crap, so if you want to play games you will need to use
some software plugin... on the other hand you have an old and slow CPU...
It would be the best if you could buy a new pc, or at least upgrade the graphic card.

Try using CVGS. It works best overall with older machines. I run all my games fine on my laptop.

Your computer a bit old, if you really think about it. No, really. I recommend getting a used computer, I've seen P3/933 systems going for <USD$100.
