New to emulators

yeah im new to emulators, can anyone point me to a website that shows me how to work these or can someone give me the low down?

Im not a big fan of noobs either but everyone has to start somewhere, so if you could help me that would be great.

my goal right now is to play FFVII on the emulator, so where would i get a rom or how do i get that on my comp?

Buying the game in a store would make it legal. You will also need a BIOS to use an emulator too, but they are easy to find...

Dont forget the legal way to use the BIOS is to dump it from your PSone. As for settin up the emulator, you can use pSX emulator, which is the easiest to use with games. Or any other emulator such as Psxeven, epsxe and PCSX. also you will require plugins which can be downloaded from the ngemu main site.

here's somewhere to start.

as for games, well, gamestop still sells used PSX games, and if you cant find it there, there's always ebay.
