CVGS and ePSXe.

ePSXe is sweet for improving the games, but a royal pain in the ass to set up. More often than not, most games need their own configuration. Which is why I also like using CVGS, for when I just want to play, and not dick around with plugins.

WTF is that last think you just typed?

Anyway, personally I prefer PSXeven at the moment. The option to use pad plugins helps with my controller, and I like the Hikari skin

this has already been gone over tons of times, but meh. why not another time.

anyway, most people (including myself) use ePSXe most of the time. of course, if you're having a problem, it's wise to have all the emulators on hand to switch

I like pcsx more because it's work well with my pad+vibration. epsxe is my second choice. PSXeven is also good and the only one that had skin selection . Unfortunately PSXeven work well with keyboard but not my controller.

pSX has been working pretty good with most of my old PlayStation games. The next few release are worth keeping an eye on.

My fovorite PSX emulators are those which are still under development(and the author(s) is lurking around).
But nothing beats ePSXe. Built in and reliable pad, cd-rom, iso, sound support are something that can make a difference.

PSXEven is more advanced in other aspects...ePSXe save states support would be great.
