100% CPU usage

I'm currently using epsxe and it takes up 100% cpu usage. I was wondering, what would be a good emulator if I wanted something that took up less resources?

err.. it is normal for an emulator to use a 100% of the cpu.
I don't think that you will find an emulator which use less % of the cpu.

ePSXe uses ~25% of my CPU while running the BIOS, so sleep when idle code is there to save CPU cycles.

Oh, okay. I wasn't sure if that was normal or not.

By the way, is it also normal for epsxe to be running on my processes after I close it?

Nope. When you are closing it press the ESC key.
