Extracting audio/video from roms

Bah, consider me to be an idiot (newbie?) but I don't know how to do this.. can some please explain (in layman's terms preferrably). I have both .bin and .img files that I would like to convert..

for video, you can get PSMplay.

for audio...you are best off downloading the PSF files and/or buying the soundtrack.

That's just it, the game that I want to extract audio from doesn't have the PSF files nor the soundtrack readily available (Clock Tower II: The Struggle Within)

well, to rip PSF files (assuming their are any) you need a knowledge of programming.

do you know what type of audio is in the game?

I've seen some tutorials and programs for extracting video from PS games on PCs, but I'd prefer not to spend a few agonizing hours in VirtualPC. Is there a simple (I'll take "extremely convoluted" too…) way to extract video from PS games on a Mac? And no, I don't have one of those Intel Macs either…
