No WTB extentions. What does this mean?

Ok ill admit im a newb. Im using the latest espxe and ive downloaded Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.7 for the plugin and bios\scph1001.bin for the BIOS. Ive also downloaded a ROM/ISO (im not sure which one to call it) MGS1 from *snip* and i have unziped the file. But when i click run ISO and click on the Metal Gear Solid - Disc 1 (SLUS 00594) which is an AVG extension file, in the emulator, it comes up with a message...No WBT extentions. I would appretiate it alot if someone new the awnser to my problem. Thanks

Note: Im note some cheap guy that is trying to get out of buying the real game by downloading a rom instead. Im doing this because i did have MGS1 (the real game) but i lost it and it is now the year 2006 so it is impossible to find it in stors so please don't bag me for trying to be cheap...feel sorry for me instead

You only bought one copy, not all copies in the entire world. Piracy is not allowed here.
