PSX emulator problem

I tried running psx but I got the following problem:

"Your videocard does not support 32bit graphics in this mode (perhaps you need to switch your desktopto 32bit mode"

but I did set my display properties from High Color(16bit) to True Color(32bit)

But when I load psx, I'm getting the same error again...
