leo, you can check "enable logs" in 1.6.0 and it will show em

for graphics, it depends on what your system specs are, so post em. and you'll want to use a different emulator for some different games, so it'd help if you said what games you'd like to play as well.

RAM 384
VGA 9550 256 Mb

Or i must configure it at video?

FMVs will naturally look a bit worse on a computer monitor. Because TVs are much lower resolution and blurrier than computer monitors they tend to hide compression artifacts ("blocks") that are very apparent on sharp computer monitors.

As far as which plugin to use: you should either be using Pete's OpenGL v2.08 plugin or the OpenGL 1.76 plugin. Which one is up to personal preference. With 2.08 you'll be limited to an effective resolution of 640x480 (the resolution you choose in the plugin isn't actually the resolution it renders at), but things like battle swirls will work well and you can get higher quality FMVs. With 1.76 you'll be able to run much higher resolutions (it renders at the resolution you choose - though you migh actually be limited by the performance of your 3D card anyway), but battle swirls won't work and the FMV quality isn't quite as good.

To get better FMVS using the 2.08 plugin make sure you check "MDEC filter" near the bottom of the configuration screen. If you're using the 1.76 version plugin select "Screen Smoothing" which will help the FMVs a bit.

I used Xebra since it can runs Tron Ni Kobun and Rockman Complete Works perfectly because pSX cannot run Rockman Complete Works at all and Tron Ni Kobun stopped running at the end of the first level then white screen.

I highly recommend to use 2 or three emulators. I have Xebra (My favorite), ePSXe (My liking) and the last...pSX (At least liking).
