How do I convert .mcr to psx memcard

Some time ago, I've played a game (it was Silent Hill, I but guess it doesn't matter much) on ePSXe and I still have .mcr memcards from it. Now I've got a PS2 and I would like to play SH on it using my old saves. So, is there any way to convert them to psx format?

My PS2 is slim and modded so I can run ftp servers and such.

DO a search on aldos tools although I had trouble downloading from his site eysterday. If you have a dex drive you can convert the save to a dexdrive save and load it onto the memory card. But their maybe a way todo it using homebrew and ftp
