suggestion to developers: blurring for mdecs

How about incorporating bluring and stretching to full screen for cut-scenes into mdecs so they look more decent. I found when playing FF9 with lewpy's glide plugin that enabling blinear filtering for sprites messed up the game( lots of squares) but made the movies look better.

Other good idea would be that the emu inself plays the MDEC...
So plugin developers could consentrate to the most important stuff... Well... don't think that would work though...
(what would happen in FF9 when there's the game graphics
same time when in the background plays the MDEC???????)

That's why it would have to be a toggled option. For games like FF9, you would NOT want that enabled. For ALL other games...HELL YEAH!
