Unhappy Help!!!

I was running my antivirus program this morning only to find my "Memory Card"
was infected by a virus. My antivirus couldn't fix it so it ended up deleting it!
There is no way I am Playing Final Fantasy 8 from the beginning again. Over 80 hours work down the drain. is there anyway I can bring it back?

I don't know of any.. You don't really want that feature either, because you'll be playing a game and sudenly it'll slow as it's saving the state. Could get annoying..
