QUERY: PS games -> Swift3D Flash!
Does anyone know (including you Lewpy & Pete3D), whether it's possible to extract/convert the 3D models from Final Fantasy 9. I like to make Flash animations out of them - using Swift3D (3D vector Flash!). http://www.erain.com/ rules! Imagine creating your own Flash 3D animations featuring your favourate Play Station game characters! And they'll look nice aswell! |

In the past I've known people who've hacked up and extracted texture maps to games (mostly Resident Evil 1 and 2) but I never found out who did it.

You can load some 3d files and convert them to different formats with E3D, it only has support for .TMD models though, not sure if this is what FF9 uses, as square often like to use their own formats and stuff.
