Help with continued crashings

I just recently installed a ATI Radeon 9200 graphics card, on a 1.7G Celeron with 512 Mb ram ...... no matter what emu I try, all of them crash, I cant even load into the BIOS in ePSXe ..... any idea and/or suggestions?

Have you installed the latest drivers for the card and uninstalled the drivers for the old card?

actually, first found that the OpenGL plugins were the only ones that worked, then found out that one of the ATI dll files was bad, installed the updated version of the graphics drivers from the site, and ..... bingo, seems to have fixed everything. thanks for your time though.
