Gamepads in FPSE..

how do you get one to work, I have a interact Hammerhead and no matter what controller plugin I use, I can never select it in the config...help

I haven't been able to get none of my gamepads working for Fpse either which is why I don't use fpse that much..

did you use the joyXdemo plugin?

it requires DX8 at least...

(but it handles almost all direct input devices)

i had to use my joypads' own key emulator program to emulate the keyboard buttons.. but it works quite well

Lu_zero pointed us to this plugin not too long ago

It requires Direct X8 ..and for some reason we had to delete our FPSE config file for the changes to take effect....We use a Gravis Gamepad Pro

Ok.. I got it but when I try to run DemoEditor.exe I get the error "This application has failed to start because MFC42D.DLL was not found"
Does it only work on win98? I am on WinXP...

do a google search for that file or sarch for it on the m$ site...

btw winXP is rotten inside...
