PSX usb memory card reader?

right now i have seen various guides on how to make parallel port for reader them, ( using prebuilt software) but i have seen nothing on how to create it on the usb side... and i have also seen no documents on the acutal formatting of the psx memory card, so software can be built to access it.

edit: i found some documents on the sony format for the psx memory card.
