vgs memory conversion

hello, just wanna ask if there is a way to convert vgs memory to pc...for example i played ff8 in vgs and then i wanna play on the pc version, i need to know if there is a way to convert the memory. If anyone knows, plz tell me or send an email to pradeepb7@hotmail.com

Hello.
I don't think you can convert the save games files from VGS format to it's PC version. For example, if you play Final Fantasy 8 with VGS, then it means you are using a Playstation CD's. The original Playstation CD's and it's PC version are two different things. The PC version is specially made for PC, with certain graphic and sound support that optimized the PC's performance. While VGS is just an emulator, like Bleem!, ePSXe and others. You can however convert a memory card from one emulator format to another. For example, from VGS to Bleem!, and vice versa using certain tools.
