Playstation Multi Converter, Companions of Xanth and Dragonball Z Millenium

I downloaded Dragonball Z Millenium and I tried to run DBZ.exe, but it appear: "Can't change video mode". I have windows XP SP2, can you help me fixing this, please? I also have another question: I have the game companions of Xanth, but I can't listen to its music. Can you help me with this, please? Thank you very much. I have PSX Multi Converter and I have converted some videos from Tekken 3 to AVI and I can listen to its music, but I can't see any images; what can I do?

DBZ Millenium isnt a PSX games...its a game based of MUGEN IIRC...
