cd problems

ok now i have 2 copys of final fantasy 7
now both disc2's are scratched so to play i have to keep swapping cds back and forward
all the files on one cd work except for some spell effects and 2 movies

now i tryed copying most of the files off one and rest off my other cd onto a folder and making a iso whith em

but epsxe wont boot off it

so if their anyway i can use files off 2 cds merge em and make a iso that will work with epsxe or any other emu?

othersie ill have to keep playing ff9 instead :|
Thanks

I don't know if that is possible. Have you tried making the ISO using Alcohol 120% with the PlayStation preset?
