Weird Thing About Digimon World!

when i started playing this game,i had an agumon,i made it digivolve to a greymon but then when he was about like 12or 14 he faded away. he had grea stats!!
then i got a digi egg and digivolve my digimon to an agumon after thati tried to get a greymon again but failed because of the weight,(TOO low) and it digivolved to a tyrannamon
and the at age 12 or 13right after i beat greymon and joined the city i entered a tournament,of course i lost, right after i was goin out to explore again my digimon was digivolving, (it digivolved to metal greymon) it had 2500 HP and MP and everything else 300 when it digivolved then i wondered(why is my metal greymon blueish-purple)isnt it supposed to be orange or something!!(anyways he gre with stats like 3500 HP and MP and everything else around 400!
