For research, what's the latest/last SCPH model no. for the PSOne?

I am trying to do some research, and I am trying to locate the SCPh model number for the latest PSOne.

Can anyone help me? The last one I am aware of is the SCPH 7502.

All the help is appreciated.

That's a VERY old model. I believe hushy is correct on the models though. Was SCPH-9xxx the older style PS? I know it doesn't have the serial/parallel ports.

Bah I though it was ePSXe, ah well . My guess is that the compatibility is pretty high with it (don't see why not). Hushy, did you try many games with it?

meh, i tried a few games (not serious testing or anything...just happened to have that BIOS loaded when i played). i've never noticed one lick of a difference, and i've used a lot of BIOSes...SCPH1001, 7502, 7501, 101, some of the DLTH ones (dev consoles)...

edit: just in case you were curious
