I did that and it fixed out of battle scenes however the battle scenes are just as fast.
Also, I am trouble shooting in the first area and does anyone know how to fix the red or green borders on boundry objects.

press delete---how many FPS are you getting? if you are getting 60 that means it's going normal speed.

to turn off the green borders, set texture filtering to 4 or 0.

Okay, The frame rate is fixed and the green borders however. By changing the Filter I am getting artifacts on screen. Any ideas for this?

turn filtering completely off. PSX games arent meant to have filtering, so sometimes you get glitches. make sure you turn off anisotropic filtering in your gfx card options.

actually no, kane. that's what i was thinking at first. but hi-res textures 2 is "Stretched - Filtering needed). since he has filtering at 0 i dont think it does anything. but, maybe you're right, it's doing something weird since he doesnt have filtering on.

alas, disabled hi-res textures but to no avail. Still have pixels which are the wrong shade.
