Can't get MegaMan X4 to work

I recently bought an old original Playstation CD (MMX4) at KB toys and was hoping to play it on my ePSXe emulator. For some reason the CD plugin doesn't work. I tried Petes CD plugins and the one that come with the emulator, both don't work. How can I fix this? Should I get a certain CD plugin or another video plugin? Help would be appreciated
