Question Virus in PSX-game?

My friend had made an ISO of illegal copy of Syphon Filter 3 and his computer was infected by a virus after that. After that I told him to buy the original game. Is it possible that the virus had been burned into that PSX-game CD?

Nice! Talk about a method to make people think twice about piracy. They probably swapped out and renamed a virus file under one of the sound tracks...

Very interesting
