Need d3d9.dll and MSVCR70.dll for expse
expse emulator has an error on it saying IT needs d3d9.dll and the MSVCR70.dll and to reinstall programe will fix it when I go to configure the vidio gui plugin is there a place where I can get these files for expse emulator

Go download directx9 (www.microsoft.com/directx) then search MS for the updated VB runtime files.

That file is included in the runtimes zip needed for my frontend. You can d/l the runtime from http://delta.ngemu.com

D3D9.DLL comes with DirectX 9.
MSVCR70.DLL comes with the .NET Framework. You can download both through Windows Update.
