MP3 Decoder 4 PSX

EvRe1 knows about the PSXAmp hardware for PSX. You plug it in and play ur favourite MP3's. But, its hardware! Then there is the MP3 player software for PSX which works through the Caetla connection to the PC (which i don't have and dont want either.) But, then again that is hardware. I've got the software, but its useless to me. Now, I'm pretty sure (in fact, almost certain) that the PSX does not have the power to decode MP3's, even with compatible software, but if i'm wrong, correct me. It might be an interesting topic to discuss MP3 Decoder software (and possibly even use it!)
