How can i make a cd image?

So my problem is, i want to make a cd image from my Tekken 3 cd. But the image format must be iso or bin. I tried with everything: Nero, Clone CD, CD Mate, Alcohol 120%, but i can' t make an iso. So can someone tell me how can i, and with what can i make an iso image?
