Question Delta front-end question

Is there any way to run epsxe with it's gui from Delta front-end? There's this option on ePSXeCutor and it's very useful when you need to do some other things and have to pause the game, you just press ESC and the gui comes up, if you want to resume you just have to click "continue". On Delta there's no such option, if you're playing a game and press ESC epsxe quits and you can't resume your play

Re: Delta front-end question

Uncheck the "Bypass ePSXe GUI" and it will be ok

Re: Delta front-end question

NP
IMO this option should be unchecked by default...
I'll talk to Betamax about it

Re: Delta front-end question

Nope sorry but I disagree . Basically one of the main design concepts was to make things as transparent as possible, ie you stick the cd in and the game runs.

I know it can cause issues though (eg multicd's). Really there not much that can be done apart from what's already there. What would probably work better is more like PSXeven's command lines ie, -runcd/-runiso runs the game but doesn't hide the gui, and a -nogui flag to override the gui entirely.

One thing I probably should do is design the options though. They seem to be confusing folks...

Re: Delta front-end question

It would be even better if the -nogui command didn't disable the GUI while ESC is pressed
