ps2 games on pc

hi
i m new here and amateur about ps2 emulating i have got this system and files:
epsxe1.6
scph10000.bin bios plugin
pete's driver plugin

my system is:
p4 2.0 64mb geforce4 mx440 256ddr ram and winxp

now i have a ps2 game:spy hunter (for emu testing)

how can i play this game? i tried playing the game on epsxe1.6 with the given instructions on epsxe.com but it doesn't work(black background)
please help me...thanks

EPSXE is for PS1 games only. You'll have to wait for PCSX2 or get a real PS2.

Currently there is no Playstation 2 Emulator, it is though in progress and the one leading the way uptill now in PCSX2, which only runs Demos, no commercial games are yet playable.
Epsxe is a Enhanced Playstation Emulator. ( no 2 there bro)

PS2 is a pretty complex console, it would take another two or three years to get a fully working PS2 emulator.

I don't know which game or whatever is that, if it is a PS game, then U can play it on epsxe, if PS2 then forget it. Just keep this in mind epsxe is only a PS emulator, it will only play PS games.

i have a perfect PS2 emulator, and it hooks up to my TV also. it's a commercial one, and it plays every game.

its called A FREAKIN REAL PS2. get one

hushypushy consider this a warning: "drop the attitude".

ePSXe 1.6 plays and ONLY plays PSOne (PS1) games. The only PS2 emulator that partially plays 1 or 2 commercial games (note the partially) is PCSX2.

PS2 emulation is in development, and it will be sometime before commercial games are playable to a quality people will enjoy. I note your system whilst perfect for PS1 emulation, will find PS2 emulation slow

The PS2 is a mean beast of a machine, and will take a considerable machine and a well optimised emulator to get decent speeds.

On that note I am going to close this thread, as it's pointless for further discussion, and its in the wrong place.
