Question I'm new to PSX emulation so can you please answer a couple of my questions?

I've been using Visual Boy Advance and Project64 for quite some time and now I'm gonna start using a PSX emulator. What I want to know is:

1. What is the best and easiest PSX emulator to use?
2. Where can I find the emulator?
3. What kind of files do the emulators play (roms, isos, etc.)?
4. Where can I download compatible games?

Thank you in advance

please do not ask for where to download games as it's illegal and not tolerated here. The best psx emulator would be epsxe and you can download on this site, but the psx bios required for it you must search for it by yourself. The emulator uses the regular psx cd's or isos that you make from them.

Re: I'm new to PSX emulation so can you please answer a couple of my questions?

1. What is the best and easiest PSX emulator to use?

The best PSX Emulator would be ePSXe IMO.

VGS is the easiest PSX emulator because there's hardly any configuration needed. It is comercial and dead though, do not ask where to get it as it is illegal.

2. Where can I find the emulator?

www.ngemu.com

3. What kind of files do the emulators play (roms, isos, etc.)?

ISO images of PSX CD, and PSX CD-rom

4. Where can I download compatible games?

Rule #1. Discussions and Links to any kind of illegal material such as warez, ISO images, ROMs or BIOS images, are not permitted.

I'd suggest you to Read through our Board Rules before you start your next post.
