Translation patch

Ok, I guess some of you know that the PSx translater scene is quite small
but it exists, some guys are making french translation patch (PPF format)
for Xenogears, Chrono Cross and Parasite Eve (and maybe more)

But if someone knows where I can find a PPF that translates Street Fighter EX2+ Jap to any more understandable language, please let me know, I need to know what are the combo written in the Trial > Expert mode

It's annoying, there is nothing about the PSX versions of the Street Fighter games

EDIT: No patch link... but the translated move names will help...
now I'll have to directly translate the in*game texts from Jap

Is there anyway to edit the iso data yourself? I have been looking all afternoon for some way to try and translate an old japanese game of mine, I can understand enough to get by most of the time, but its a bit annoying trying to take the time to figure out what it says, Everythign I see online is about hacking/translating roms for the nes system and such, but thats not much help is there an editor for psx like there is nes to let you change the text around?
