Help with isos

I am making back ups of my ps1 games.
I have made a copy of my final fantasy VII game.
It is taking up quite a bit of room and I was wondering if i can make them
small enough to fit on a 700 MB CD-RW.

P.S.
this may sound stupid but are there any CD-R,CD-RW hold more than 700 MB because i can't find them if there are.

Re: Help with isos

the image ususally is larger than the cd itself. It contains error protection data and so. Just burn them on 700 mb cd's, they will fit.

Re: Help with isos

If you make it with CloneCD or Alcohol 120%, the software will tell you if the CD is enough or not. Just try burn it and CloneCD/Alcohol will tell you before the burning started.

There are, but most readers/writers can't use them.

Baicly like Kane said, most cd writers don't use then, and I have had a friend who bought some off of ebay who claimed the discs don't work after a few months. So think twice before useing them.

Since you're using CD RW disc, you can try it. If failed then you can erase the disc. A good burner program should know if the image fit on CD or not, I dunno about ISO Buster, so you should try it by yourself.
