VGS patches?

I wonder is there any 1 still support VGS rather than most people support ePSXe ? Anyway is there any website still produce the VGS patches? (I think "that's" call patches....I mean the file make vgs play certain different games!).

Beside than that, did any game producer still create PS1 game?

Thx.
