Where have they gone?

Where has all the updated files gone??
Somehow my entire PSX Emulation directory got erased. all that was left is the Plugins folder and 3 plugin files. Now, this is no big deal since I have the PSX Games that I played. But WHen looking for the files again the most updated I've found of anything, is an update behind what I had. like Pete's GPU Plugins, I've only found v1.69 yet I had v1.71
ePSXe I've found v1.52, yet I had v1.53.
When looking for all the PSX Websites I had saved and I use to visit religiously (things have happened and not been online all that much). Only to find out that the sites who were the most up todate are gone. I've looked at NGEmu and it's a good site. But it looks to me like it is outdated as well. I just want to know where all the updates have gone. Unless there was a problem found with the updates I had been using and I didn't know about.

1.5.2 _is_ the latest version. You didn't have 1.5.3

BTW, Peops CDR is 1.3 now, not 1.2 as it is in the list :S
and Peops SPU is 1.6, not 1.4
