What emulator should I use for XP on DBGT Final Bout?

I have downloaded a backup of Dragonball GT Final Bout. I have tried bleem and VGS, but Bleem doesn't work with XP and VGS doesn't play computer files, it just plays discs. Could I get some help with this Please...

don't tell us u downloaded a ISO its illegal and we don't talk about illegal things like that here read the rules, but its okay as long as u have the original cd to talk about here, but anyways just use ePSXe or PSXeven
