PSX and PSONE

I have been wondering for some time now and i just cant seem to find out what the difference between a PSX and a PSONE is besides the PSONE have the option of using a LCD screen.

Is the difference the bios or something???

The PSOne has a different BIOS, yes., It also has a diffet shape. That's really just about it.

actually there are also some misc things removed...then again Sony has removed so many aspects of the console it's hard to keep track...

Ah the days of the A/V connectors / I/O port, etc....

hmm...different drive?

LOL then it basicly has no advanteges to the normal PSX what so ever.
They sure know how to rip off people just by design.
Unless people actually tend to play the games on that little lcd display

well, IIRC, the PSone memory card reader is faster than the PSX one (better access time)... but I think this is the only difference... except for the shape, port-missing and so on already told
