PAL and NTSC?????
I just want to know what PAL and NTSC are and what they stand for. I remember looking it up once before, just can't remeber. And it's bugging the heck out of me that i can't remember. I think it has to do something with region but not totally sure, so i'm asking if someone could please let me know. You can call me retarted if i'm supposed to know this, but don't call me a newb, I have been in the emulation game for over a year now. I just never regestered to a forum, and i took a couple months off and did some other **** besides getting emulated games to work on my computer. So if someone could please fill me in, that would be great. Thanks Junkyard Dog

...I'll add: PAL games run at 50fps and NTSC ones run at 60fps which is 20% faster so if you play pal games, try finding a PPF which allow to select NTSC or PAL at boot
