connect ps2 to pc

hie...i have a Asus v8200 T2 Deluxe graphic card in my pc.
it have the TV-in/Out chip on it, Phillips SAA7180E...is it possible to connect ps2 thru the tv-in/out? so i can play ps2 on my monitor instead of the tv

just get a VGA box and I'm not sure about tv-in on video cards

Yes, but the quality will be very low normaly. I agree with yeloazndevil, get a proper BGA box if you want to use your monitor.
