NTSC to PAL memory card converter?

Hi. I'm using ePSXe to run Gran Turismo 2 (PAL) and I'm having a problem I've had in the past. I want to download dex drive saves but they're typically NTSC format. In the past I came across a wonderful utility that converted files not only from DexDrive to .MCR, but from NTSC to PAL at the same time. I lost my hard drives to power supply failure and the program along with them. Now I can't find it! Does anybody else have this problem and a program that actually works?

Thanks!

Well, you can try this:
1. Download PSXMemTool (link in my sig)
2. Open up your NTSC save in memory card slot 1.
3. Open a known working PAL save in memory card slot 2.
4. Go to slot 2 and double click the GT2 save.
5. Copy down the Product Code and Identifier.
6. Go back to slot 1 and double click the GT2 save.
7. Paste the Product Code and Identifier from slot 2 in.
8. Change the Country Code to Europe.
9. Save your memory card in slot 1 as a new file.
10. Set this file in your emulator and try it.

Let me know how you get on. You can email me if you get any problems ( smallion@ngemu.com ). I have GT2 at home so I will test this at home too.
