Looks to be a legitimate complaint I think.

Ok calm down. We completely agree with you on this issue. The program is freeware and the authors have specifically forbid anyone to sell this program.

However you will have to contact Calb or any of the epsxe authors directly, because they as copyright holders can have this guy blocked. Alternatively email ebay's customer support and point this fact out.

Email addresses are:

calb@epsxe.com

or ebays fraud system:

http://crs.ebay.com/aw-cgi/ebayisapi.dll?crsstartpage

There is something else we can all do....Most smart eBay users will check the sellers profile to see if there have been any complaints about his / her products. If you are an eBay user, and are disgusted this abuse...then take your user ID and register as many complaints as you can possiblly add....

Hmm, his feedback is displayed as private...
I didn't know that we can withhold feedback comments on eBay.

It always pays to do your research before buying anything.

After searching for emulation, I didn't find anything specific about EpsxE, but I DID find a idiot selling hundreds of roms (Snes, Genisis ect.) or something like that, and after telling Nintendo, they seemed most interested, and the reply I got back told me that their legal dept. is now handling that siduation. Some people, sheesh.

This is ridiculous! The people who do these dumb-ass things know it's wrong, and know they can/will get into trouble for it.....but sorry, _LoVeR_, i'm sure you're as annoyed as hell!

Hey...I'm a regular Ebayer....and you have to be damn stupid to fall for somethin like that....if you buy programs like that, always check them on the Internet first.

You'll have no such baka-problems then...
