(Request)FF7 last save file and other game's save

I want the last save file for ff7(us) as I don't want to play the game all along. Any web site hosted psx save or anyone can send it to me?

Another question, what is the best tool to convert dexdrive date
*.gme to epsx mem date .mcr ?

MemManager.exe just don't seem to work.

ePSXe can handle using .gme memory card saves anyway.
