VGS and PAL

Hello to all, this is ny first post.

Is VGS capable of playing PAL playstation CDs? I have Gundam Batlle Assault 2 (GBA2) on PAL.

All I get is the Bandai logo. Afterwards the screen turn black and nothing. I can still press ESC and quit.

Help appriciated, thank you.

VGS is 1.41

Win98SE
Intel PIII
CLUS2
256 RAM
30 GB

Yes VGS can play Pal disks but being that it and other PS1 emulators are not actually a Playstation they can not play all games.
Head over to www.aldostools.com and download the games.txt, this simple little text file when placed in the same folder as the VGS.exe helps a lot more games to run, also take a look at the other patches there.

I've got the very same problem on the French version of Gundam Battle Assault 2 ... If you found a solution, please reply ! (and I can't seem to be able to use ePSXe as well to run it, neither PCSX)

GBA2 NTSC works fine, so I really wouldn't know about the PAL versions.

I saw that line in the system file ... is it that code that you want ?
