It had worked for me in winME, in your first post it says something about ASPI, Xp doesn't have one so it won't work, but WinME does and it should work........I wonder why it doesn't work???

I think you'll have problems with 4.7* versions.
Even on my computer, only 4.6* versions work.
Adaptec has changed their policy, and I think they changed their driver to only work 100% correctly if you have an Adaptec SCSI controller on your PC...

Forceaspi, available on the download pages of ngemu, contains a 4.6* version.
But even with that, I don't think PsxTulz can run on Windows XP.
I don't know what the bug is, I can't install XP on my machine, so I can't debug it for the moment...

On Windows 2K with a 4.6*¨version, it should work though.
