Final Fantasy 9, teck help!

I'm in the last video of the 2 cd where Dagger cuts her hear, and thats the problem, I can't see the hall video! epsxe cuts the video in the half. It cuts the video when Dagger goes down the ladder.
Can anyone help me? please? thanks.

thanks!, thoght I just found out that dagger doesn't cut her hair in last video of the 2 cd!.
