damn you vgs damn you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i usually use epsxe but i want to try out vgs. everytime i try to run vgs it says cvgs needs pentium-class or higher to run. I have a pentium 4 so what is the problem here does it just not work with pentium 4. Anyone know what the problem is?
